 | Geolog has been certified since 1999 with DNV (Det Norske Veritas), an independent foundation with the purpose of safeguarding life, property, and the environment. DNV core competence has been to identify, assess, and advise on how to manage risk. Geolog is certified with the DNV “Risk Based Certification”; this approach is specifically designed to help the Company build and maintain systems that assess and mitigate the risks, assisting on the road towards growth and value creation. Geolog strongly believes in this approach and the results are clearly visible with the fast growth of the Company’s global performances. |
 | Achilles Geolog is registered in the Achilles database for suppliers to the Oil Industry. Achilles works to identify, qualify, evaluate, and monitor suppliers on behalf of major organizations worldwide. Having been accepted by Achilles into their database evidences Geolog''s ability to reduce risks in the supply chain and serves as further confirmation of Geolog''s internal processes and organisation in personnel, information technology, finance, commercial products, QHSE and corporate responsibility. Being registered in the Achilles database streamlines Geolog''s qualification process with other Achilles-participating clients thereby rapidly creating new opportunities and new markets for Geolog''s business. |
 | First Point Assessment (FPAL) Geolog is registered in the FPAL database. FPAL is the oil and gas supply chain database for the UK and The Netherlands and is a division of Achilles Information Limited. FPAL is the key tool used by oil & gas purchasers to identify and select current and potential suppliers when awarding contracts or purchase orders. FPAL provides Geolog clients with an industry standard supplier selection tool and simplifies pre-qualification by providing objective evidence of Geolog’s performance thereby reducing tendering lead times and ensuring compliance with EU legislation. |
